Urban Testing Group LLC is a certified woman- and minority-owned public health and wellness company based in Jersey City, New Jersey. As a proud HUBZone-certified business, we specialize in mobile and onsite services including drug and alcohol testing, DNA/paternity testing, CPR and Narcan training, trauma-informed professional development, and community and youth outreach.

We serve schools, employers, government agencies, nonprofits, and individuals across the region with professionalism, discretion, and cultural competence.

Founder and CEO Erika Barnes, MSW is a Jersey City native with over a decade of experience in social services, education, reentry, and behavioral health. She holds a Master's in Social Work, certifications in Adult & Youth Mental Health First Aid, CPR/Narcan instruction, and trauma-informed care, and is a certified Domestic Violence Advocate. Her professional background includes roles in prevention, community mentoring, and crisis intervention across diverse populations.
